RAY-BAN RAW SOUNDS

When you hear ‘Ray-Ban’ what is the first thing that comes to mind? Most likely an iconic brand or a great pair of sunglasses! Ray-Ban is definitely a famous household name – catering to kids and adults. Some of the world’s famous musicians have been spotted wearing them, such as Michael Jackson to most recently Justin Bieber!

Music and fashion have always gone hand in hand, and to help celebrate the success of Ray-Ban, Ray-Ban has decided to release a pair of sunglasses designed by Johnny Marr, guitarist from The Smiths. Marr has teamed up with rising musicians, such as Tom Vek, Carsick Cars an a DJ set by Elvis.T. The project is called Ray-Ban Raw Sounds and pays tribute to the connection between the music world and Ray-Ban. New York City kicked off the event for the first of 3 shows across the globe – the other cities are London and Hong Kong.
