COMPOSITIONS AT GRAANMARKT 13, BELGIUM
Graanmarkt 13 is a unique building in the centre of Antwerp, Belgium, consisting of residences, a restaurant, gallery and store. Working with photographer Frederik Vercruysse and stylist Dimitra Apostolidis, the team have created a unique presentation displayed on the shop floor, entitled ‘Compositions’.
These graphic and architectural compositions are made up fully of objects and garments on sale at Graanmarkt 13 as well as the packing material they use, to take objects out of their daily context and “reduce” the items to abstract components in a final image. The presentation represents a new and unique way to show items usually seen in the media, reflecting the innovation and creativity of Graanmakrt 13 itself.
