MANGO LOVES FASHION BLOGGERS
On the 22nd March in Barcelona, the Spanish brand Mango invited 7 international fashion bloggers to the El Hangar-Design Centre to test their styling abilities at the launch of a new original online action called “Mango loves fashion bloggers”. The bloggers were able to create two unique looks for themselves, which are all on the microsite created especially for the occasion: www.mango.com/fashionbloggers, where fans will be asked to vote for their favourite looks and the winning blogger will receive 5,000 Euros to be donated to a charitable organisation of their choice.

This was only the first stage of the initiative which will continue during mid-April with a “shopping night” for bloggers organised by Mango. The same voting pattern will take place online once more and the winning blogger of this second stage will receive 20.000 Euros prize and will become the new “It Girl” for the brand in its Autumn/Winter 2011 campaign.
Mango was a pioneer Spanish fashion brand in the online sector, creating their corporate web page back in 1995 and launching their online shop five years later in 2000. Today you can now also follow the brand on their own blog “Keep The Beat” or on facebook, twitter and youtube.
