MODALISBOA DAY 3: BACKSTAGE FILIPE FAISCA A/W 11
The Filipe Faisca show began with a selection of elegant china-white silk bridal dresses exaggerated with short silk gloves and long flowing muslin trains. The collection then developed to include pinstripes and check patterns on a series of oversized asymmetric jackets and dresses within a colour range of grey, black and sandy brown tones.
The catwalk was owned by the selection of fur slip-ons and heels which brought a wild yeti vibe to the show, while the combinations of leather, suede and fur kept a natural feel combined with a smart androgynous look which takes inspiration from Parisian style of the 60s and 70s.
