“Bruce LaBruce’s Polaroid rage, Survey 2000-2010”shows a set of about 300 Polaroids that showed a series of performances by canadian artist Bruce LaBruce since 2000.
Writer, director, actor and artist or “reluctant pornographer, ” the performative work is fundamental to the vision of Bruce LaBruce.
This is a strong and revolutionary exhibition that illuminates the ideas behind a controversial work and the man behind the work.
The exhibition, commissioned by Rui Carvalho da Silva, will feature at The Wrong Weather Gallery on Avenida da Boavista, 754, Porto, near the House of Music, February 19 to March 19.
